The proposed development is within the New Forest District Council vicinity in Totton.

The scheme previously known as Fenwick Storage Yard has been in situ for a number of years unused and left to dilapidate. The proposal is for 21 units which had previously received an outline permission.

Due March 2019, a new full application has been submitted to ensure the concept is delivered with a proposal that suits the client's requirements, the main changes being down to maintenance.
