THE SITE AND SCHEME

This scheme has an outline application for 27 houses with Fareham Borough Council, the scheme is proposed as 100% affordable with Vivid Homes to assist in delivering affordable housing in the Borough.

​

The site previously used for pony paddocks is a natural extension onto the existing settlement of Funtley.
