THE SITE AND SCHEME

The site was purchased through Henry Adams in Chichester. Hambrook is located 7 miles west of Chichester. 2 Storey family housing was be delivered in a well established village location. There was an existing farmhouse on the site that was demolished and replaced with 11 new homes.

The site delivers 8 private homes and 3 social housing homes.
