THE SITE AND SCHEME
The development is within the Felpham area of West Sussex which is a parcel of a wider development.
The scheme has been submitted for full planning permission at the end of June 2019 for 18 units. The site has been subject to a local public exhibition with the local residents in order to go through and discuss the proposals. The scheme has an entrance coming off the main spine road of the larger development.
The scheme is also subject to a number of protected trees which has been accounted for within the layout to keep natural boundaries and softer finished to the scheme.
