The development is within Titchfield situated in the Fareham Borough.

Fareham Borough Council granted outline consent on this scheme in 2020. We are in the process of submitting a Reserved Matters for the development with our partners at Vivid. The scheme not only will deliver much needed housing for the area but also delivering much needed infrastructure to the area including crucial crossing points and enhanced pathways and cycleways through to local amenities.
