The Site

This former school site extends to approximately 1.88 acres (0.762 hectares) with extensive frontage to Porchester Road, Station Road and Portsmouth Road. The site is well connected to transport facilities with Sholing Train Station positioned 250 metres to the north east and multiple bus routes available from Portsmouth Road and Station Road. Additionally, Portsmouth Road (A3025) links the site to the city centre to the West and Junction 8 of the M27 to the East.

The Site will be developed for 50 new homes ranging from 1 bed to 4 beds. There will be 13 private homes and 37 social housing homes.

The Site

At approximately 0.48ha the application site is an area of vacant industrial land formed of varying B use classes and ancillary uses. The site is currently host to 2no. large buildings and smaller outbuildings. The site will be developed for 21 new homes consisting of 3 bed houses.

Westwood Close, Emsworth

The Site

The proposed site comprises approximately 1.48ha of land located off Westwood Close, Emsworth, which is part of a larger parcel of land some 5ha in area. The site lies to the south of Westbourne Road and to the west of the River Ems. The site currently consists of grazing land. A Foot Path (Havant No 73) runs north-south through the site and runs along the eastern boundary of the proposed area for development.

The site lies between Emsworth Town and Westbourne Village. Emsworth Town Centre is approximately 1.8 km by car and slightly less along the public footpath from the site. Westbourne Village lies approximately 1 km on foot or 2 km by road from the site.

Felpham, West Sussex

The Site

Land off Stanhorne Grove, an 18 unit shared ownership scheme partnering with Worthing Homes. The proposed development in Felpham, Bognor Regis has been submitted to Arun District council to hopefully seek planning permission towards the end of the year. We have had pre-application advice on this scheme so we are confident we will be delivering a scheme that will enhance and meet the needs of the area.
